Bruschette and jazz in the piazza

This was the second last week of the Mosaico Sonoro Thursday night music in the piazza. A four piece jazz band, Train Jazz Band, was the group who took up their spot on the fountain in Piazza Umberto I and entertained the crowd. As usual the market was popular and the restaurants and bars were kept busy with the piazza filled with tables and chairs occupied by happy diners.

The first two photos come from the Borgo Commerciale Naturale di Panicale Facebook page, with thanks, and were taken from above Porta Perugina. They look, one in each direction, to the market and into the piazza.

The jazz band played some smooth music.

Bruschette was an excellent choice to go with our drinks. Made from all local produce, they included olive oil, tomatoes, fresh mozzarella, chick peas and other very tasty bits.
