Benalla Street Art Festival 2026 - part 1

 The 2026 Benalla Street Art Festival ran from 17th to 19th April with perfect autumn weather, lots of wall art and other associated activities and a great vibe throughout the town.

This blog is looking at the works in progress during the week-end.

There are also other works by local youth groups, newcomers to wall art and special commissions.

There were also exhibitions, hands-on art activities, artist talks, guided tours, lots of music, market stalls, workshops, a Brocante antique market, buskers, cinema, book signing, food vans & stalls, bars & coffee shops and lots more.

'The Allure of Gold: All That Glitters' by Ling 'explores how value is constructed and perceived in contemporary society.' A thought provoking  exhibition.



The Riff Raff band added a bright touch as they wandered around town playing infectious music.
